| Good to have/ Advantage | - Exposure to Industrial Plant modelling
- Familiarity with production equipment utilities pipe racks equipment clearances and plant room layouts.

| Technical Skills: | - Proficiency in Revit Architecture and Structure.
- Experience interpreting complex Point Clouds for industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with Dynamo Player (running and verifying scripts).
- Knowledge of Area Plans and Room tagging workflows in Revit.

| Key Responsibilities | - Modeling (CSA): Create the Ground Floor (00.0) model from Point Cloud. Model Steel structures upto LOD 450 and general architectural elements to LOD 300.
- SAP-RE-FX Integration: Create Rooms and Functional Areas based on the scope. Strictly follow the procedure to create Area Plan-rented areas and Gross area plans (BGF).
- Automation Execution: Execute the provided Dynamo scripts to automatically fill SAP attributes.
- Manual Data Entry: Manually draw Area Boundaries for areas-within-areas where scripts require manual intervention.
- Drawing Production: Generate 2D DWG floor plans ensuring SAP attributes are preserved using the clients Add-In tool.
