Quality, Compliance & Performance Manager

About the RoleOptiva Group is seeking an experienced Quality Compliance & Performance Manager to lead the design implementation and embedding of robust quality compliance and performance frameworks across our growing group of is a hands-on build-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on creating fit-for-purpose systems ensuring audit readiness and translating complex compliance requirements into practical people-centred directly to the CEO you will play a critical leadership role across multiple entities and government-funded programs working closely with senior leaders managers and frontline Optiva GroupOptiva is a values-led organization delivering services across: Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Allied health and pain management services We are in a formative growth phase offering a rare opportunity to shape quality compliance and performance from the ground up within a multi-entity groupKey Responsibilities Design implement and maintain group-wide quality and compliance frameworksEnsure alignment with: IEA and NPA Deeds and Guidelines National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS) Right Fit For Risk (RFFR) ISO 9001 ISO 45001 ISO 27001 Develop policies procedures registers tools and templates to support compliance and consistencyAudit Readiness & Governance Establish audit readiness processes and evidence frameworks Lead internal audits mock audits and continuous assurance activities Act as the key contact for external auditors and regulators Track findings corrective actions and continuous improvement outcomes Performance & Continuous Improvement Develop performance monitoring frameworks dashboards and reporting Analyse trends risks and opportunities across quality and service delivery Lead continuous improvement initiatives informed by data and feedback Maintain service improvement and learning logsCapability Building & Training Design and deliver training on compliance obligations contract updates and best practice Provide hands-on mentoring and coaching to leaders and frontline teams Support managers to embed compliance into everyday operations Maintain and oversee risk registers Identify and escalate emerging risks with clear practical recommendationsAbout You Demonstrated experience in quality compliance and performance roles Experience in employment services disability services allied health or assessment settings Strong understanding of government-funded programs and regulatory environments Proven experience building systems and frameworks from the ground up Audit preparation and audit management experience Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a practical solutions-focused approach Ability to influence coach and engage stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of IEA NPA or similar programs Experience working across multi-entity or group structuresWhy Join Us Genuine opportunity to shape and lead quality and compliance across a growing group Work closely with the CEO and Strategic Advisor High autonomy and influence Values-led people-centered organization Hybrid working arrangements with meaningful on-site engagementThis role is ideal for someone who wants to build influence and leave a legacy not just maintain existing to ApplySubmit your CV for initial consideration.
