Location: Newcastle (Multiple Sites)

Salary: $100000 $120000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee our Maritime and Critical Infrastructure client portfolio. This senior leadership role will manage a team drive operational excellence and ensure consistent high quality service delivery across multiple sites. You will be a key point of contact for clients responsible for compliance staff development and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Maritime & Critical Infrastructure sites ensuring consistent compliant and high-quality service delivery
- Lead coach and develop Supervisors and Security Officers fostering a strong safety and professional culture
- Conduct site inspections audits security exercises and emergency drills ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
- Manage client relationships attend KPI and performance meetings and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Oversee rostering patrol vehicles and security assets identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in security operations management preferably in Maritime or Critical Infrastructure however not essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Sound knowledge of security compliance risk management and operational best practice
- Current NSW Security Licence First Aid Certificate and Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills
