BIM Manager Civil

• Lead role as a CAD expert for US and Canada Environment team driving standardization automation and skill development (including around new technologies/ efficient work processes).
• Owning CAD Technical Delivery and Project Management responsibilities.
• Overseeing the work and/or development of multiple colleagues working on complex projects across multiple disciplines.
• Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications.
• Reviewing work and drive the culture of checking and accountability in the team including interdisciplinary checks.
• Ensure the schedule and quality requirements.
• Checking completed drawings to ensure accuracy / standards / quality against Arcadis / Client standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering/ BE Civil from a recognized University.
• Minimum 15 years experience as CAD/ BIM Modeler.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD with advanced expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and other BIM tools.
• Proven experience as a people manager with strong leadership and team development skills.
