We are offering a great work experience in Lisbon Portugal for a role as a Digital Sales Payments Advisor.
What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Listening to customers questions and concerns providing the best possible answers and solutions;
Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns; Providing information about products;
Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful in this role
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Danish
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
