Key Responsibilities
- Culture Activation & Embedding
- Drive the activation and continuation ofPruWay ensuring it is deeply embedded in the employee experience and work culture.
- Partner with stakeholders in Head Office and LBUs to integrate cultural and inclusive principles and behaviours into processes programs and communications with proper tracking mechanism for success.
- Employee Experience
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee experience across the lifecyclefrom onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure policies and practices are aligned with our values and principles of diversity inclusion and belonging.
- Engagement & PruVoice
- Lead the planning and execution of Groupwide engagement survey -PruVoice ensuring robust employee feedback mechanisms.
- Analyse PruVoice results to derive actionable insights.
- Develop strategies to amplify employee voice and foster a culture of listening and responsiveness.
- Program Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of culture and inclusion-related initiatives including timelines budgets and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor impact and effectiveness of programs through data and feedback recommending improvements as needed to ensure ongoing progress towards a inclusive and engaged workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or related field.
- Previous experience in culture inclusion or employee engagement roles.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse large dataset for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building inclusive high-performing organisational cultures.
