Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for a retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service maintaining store standards supporting sales targets and managing inventory.
Job Responsibility:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Ensure product display and cleanliness of the retail space.
- Assist in processing sales transactions billing and basic cash handling.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment.
- Support in receiving tagging and arranging stock on shelves.
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives as guided.
- Maintain daily records of sales customer feedback and inventory.
- Follow all operational procedures and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the store manager and team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline)
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome
- Ability to speak in English Konkani and/or Hindi
- Well-groomed punctual and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in shifts (within store hours)
- Knowledge or interest in retail/sustainable/local products is a plus
