Experience Required:6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Smart City projects ICT infrastructure surveillance systems or urban infrastructure
Job SummaryThe Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of Smart City Infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery quality compliance safety standards and effective coordination with contractors field teams and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Execution & Site Management-
Oversee field execution of Smart City works including:

Foundation works for poles and equipment
-
Pole erection and alignment
-
Junction Box (JB) installation
-
Installation of CCTV cameras (Fixed PTZ ANPR etc.)
-

Ensure proper installation of ICT and Non-ICT components as per approved drawings and specifications.

Supervise installation of:
-
Optical Fiber Cable (OFC)
-
Ethernet power and control cabling
-
Network switches racks and enclosures
-
-
Ensure proper cable routing termination labeling testing and documentation.
-
Coordinate and manage multiple contractors and subcontractors.
-
Monitor daily progress manpower deployment and material utilization.
-
Ensure adherence to quality safety and project timelines.
-
Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
-
Lead and manage a field team of approximately 30 members (Engineers Supervisors and Technicians).
-
Allocate tasks monitor productivity and ensure smooth site coordination.
-
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and weekly review meetings.

Ensure work execution as per:

Approved BOQ
-
Technical specifications
-
Smart City / Municipal standards
-

Enforce safety norms and ensure proper use of PPE at site.
-
Coordinate inspections and close observations raised by clients or consultants.

Prepare and submit:
-
Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
-
Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
-
Site photographs and completion documentation
-
-
Coordinate with clients PMC Smart City SPV and municipal authorities.
-
Support testing commissioning and project handover activities.
-
Strong hands-on experience in Smart City infrastructure works
-
Sound knowledge of CCTV systems ICT infrastructure and networking
-
Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors
-
Strong understanding of drawings BOQs and technical specifications
-
Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills
-
Proficient in MS Excel MS Word and project reporting tools
-
Experience in Smart City / Surveillance / ICCC projects
-
Exposure to municipal or government infrastructure projects
-
Ability to work under tight schedules and manage multiple project locations
