As we continue to grow we are seeking an HR Coordinator to help manage and execute core HR functions across Skybox Capital and its portfolio companies.
Role Overview
The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations across Skybox Capital and multiple portfolio companies. This position is ideal for an HR professional with 13 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced multi-company environment and enjoys balancing people-facing responsibilities with operational execution.
The HR Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding benefits administration payroll coordination (including offshore employees) internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires across Skybox Capital and portfolio companies including offer documentation system setup and first-day readiness
- Manage offboarding processes including documentation systems access coordination and exit checklists
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing and coordination including U.S.-based and offshore employees and contractors
- Assist with benefits administration including enrollments changes and employee questions
- Liaise with payroll providers benefits brokers and external vendors as needed
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support HR compliance initiatives across multiple legal entities and portfolio companies
- Assist with HR reporting audits and data requests
- Help standardize HR processes and documentation across the portfolio
Employee Communications & Engagement
- Own the creation and distribution of new hire welcome emails and work anniversary emails
- Organize and coordinate employee gifts recognition initiatives and milestone celebrations
- Plan and support quarterly employee events and parties including logistics and vendor coordination
General HR Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Partner closely with the Director of Operations on HR projects and initiatives
- Provide ad hoc HR and operations support as the business grows
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in an HR Coordinator HR Administrator or similar role
- Experience supporting onboarding offboarding benefits and payroll processes
- Exposure to multi-entity or multi-company environments preferred
- Experience working with offshore employees or international contractors is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
