- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Qatars financial regulations tax laws and auditing requirements including coordination with external auditors.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and KPIs identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and cash flow management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights and support business planning initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in financial management within the Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in budgeting forecasting financial reporting and regulatory compliance in a Qatari or GCC-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS Qatari tax regulations and local financial reporting standards.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a track record of developing talent.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
