Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our recruitment firm in Qatar. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities generating leads building client relationships conducting meetings and calls and closing recruitment deals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing market

  • Generate leads through cold calling networking referrals and client meetings

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions

  • Make regular outbound calls for business development follow-ups and deal closures

  • Present recruitment services negotiate commercial terms and close contracts

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets

  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery

  • Track market trends competitors and client requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

  • Delivering recruitment requirements through local and overseas agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing HR or a related field (preferred)

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close recruitment deals

  • Confident phone etiquette and client-facing skills

  • Ability to conduct professional client meetings and presentations

  • Good understanding of recruitment and staffing processes

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
