Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing market
Generate leads through cold calling networking referrals and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions
Make regular outbound calls for business development follow-ups and deal closures
Present recruitment services negotiate commercial terms and close contracts
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery
Track market trends competitors and client requirements
Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Delivering recruitment requirements through local and overseas agencies
