Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to join our healthcare technology division. Youll work with NHS trusts and private hospitals to design implement and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems. Your insight will directly impact patient care delivery. Also digital transformation.

Job Responsibilities

Translate clinical workflows into system configurations
Provide application support and training to clinicians
Manage upgrades and integrations with existing EHRs
Act as a liaison between clinical staff and technical teams
Support Go-Live and post-implementation phases

Requirements

Required Skills

EHR system knowledge (Cerner Epic EMIS SystmOne)
Strong understanding of clinical workflows
Communication with stakeholders across departments

Desired Skills

Degree in Health Informatics or Clinical Systems
Clinical background (Nurse Technician)

Required Skills:

Required Skills: Proven track record in product management for digital health platforms telemedicine apps EHR systems or healthcare SaaS. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows patient journeys and clinical environments. Familiarity with health data standards: FHIR HL7 ICD-10 SNOMED. Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and tools like Jira Confluence or Asana. Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills. Experience working with software development teams in a regulated environment. Desired Skills: Experience launching B2B or B2C HealthTech products. Knowledge of AI/ML in healthcare or mobile health technologies. Masters degree (MBA MSc Health Informatics or equivalent). Understanding of NHS Digital frameworks or interoperability challenges in the UK.
