You will lead a small team of specialists ensuring our systems are efficient integrated and deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As the People Technology Manager you will:
Lead and Develop a Specialist TeamManage and coach a team of system specialists setting clear direction building capability and ensuring high performance across all platforms.
Drive System Optimisation and IntegrationOversee the performance configuration and continuous improvement of all people systems ensuring they are streamlined scalable and effectively integrated.
Partner with StakeholdersCollaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify current and future technology needs translating these into impactful solutions.
Manage Vendor RelationshipsWork closely with external suppliers to influence product roadmaps maximise system value and ensure delivery against business requirements.
Leverage Data & InsightsUse analytics and feedback to evaluate system effectiveness inform decision-making and continuously enhance user experience and adoption.
Drive Innovation and Emerging TechnologyExplore and implement new technologies including AI and automation to improve efficiency and transform how we deliver people services.
Improve Efficiency and AutomationIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows reduce manual processes and increase operational effectiveness across all platforms.
What Youll Need to Have (our must-haves)
To succeed in this role you will need:
Proven expertise in HR technologies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools
Experience managing and developing technical or systems-focused teams
Strong project and programme management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to drive technology strategy and transformation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Nice to Have (Highly Desirable)
Experience with HRIS systems
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ATS platforms
