Were looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive/Director of Sales to join our team and help us accelerate our revenue growth. This isnt just about closing dealsits about helping us build a more predictable and scalable sales engine. Youll be a key player in our growth not only by expanding our client roster but also by helping to define our future go-to-market strategy test new sales motions and refine our pricing models.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced scrappy environment and is energized by the challenge of both creating and closing new opportunities. You will be responsible for building new relationships generating revenue streams and supporting our mission to define a new space in the adtech ecosystem.
Generate and close new business: Youll be a true hunter responsible for generating at least 50% of your own pipeline by proactively prospecting new accounts and market segments. Youll lead deals from initial outreach all the way to a signed agreement.
Build and nurture relationships: Youll engage directly with brands but also build strategic alliances with agencies and other platforms to expand our reach and influence.
Be a strategic partner: Youll work closely with internal teams to provide market feedback and help us refine our sales strategy. This includes sharing feedback on our product & testing new approaches and sharing insights to help us optimize our business model.
Own your outcomes: Youll manage your entire book of business including your pipeline forecasting and all aspects of the sales cycle.
Become a trusted advisor: Youll use data and industry insights to create compelling sales presentations that help senior-level decision makers understand how Vidmob can solve their biggest challenges.
Proven sales success: You have a track record of successfully closing new business and hitting or exceeding your sales targets particularly in a software or SaaS environment; 7 years of experience in Enterprise software sales with martech/adtech experience preferred.
Early-stage mentality: You have experience working in a fast-moving startup and know what it takes to get things done without a lot of predefined processes. Youre resourceful resilient and ready to get your hands dirty.
Exceptional relationship builder: You can quickly build rapport and trust with multiple stakeholders from brand marketers to agency partners; 3 years experience managing key accounts and/or agency partners.
Curious and collaborative: Youre naturally inquisitive you lean into problem-solving and youre a true team player who is excited to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Independent and resourceful: Youre comfortable navigating ambiguity managing multiple priorities and proactively finding solutions without constant oversight.
Compensation:
Base Salary - $130-150k
Commission - $130-150k
