Job Summary

Job Title: Procurement Operations Manager
Location: Sterling VA 20163

The Procurement Operations Manager will lead purchasing and supply chain operations focusing on category management supplier performance systems optimization and process improvement. This role is ideal for a data-driven systems-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage category strategies for raw materials packaging and indirect spend
Lead supplier relationships onboarding and support for new product launches
Optimize procurement systems including NetSuite supplier management and ticketing tools
Build and maintain Power BI reports for procurement and supplier performance
Track inventory reduce aging stock and identify cost-saving opportunities
Lead cross-functional projects to improve procurement processes and systems
Coach and support team members; maintain SOPs and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Finance IT or related field
Strong analytical and reporting skills; Power BI experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and procurement systems
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Systems-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
