Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Account Executive with a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will focus on exceeding sales targets specifically aiming to reach 130% of their quota by acquiring new logos for SAP S/4HANA Public with an emphasis on AI capabilities. You will be covering a territory with 3000 potential accounts each generating up to $50 million in revenue. Your mission is to pursue and cultivate relationships with partners customers and our internal team and value propositionHigh achievers may qualify for the prestigious Winners Circle in Hawaii celebrating success alongside top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:Execute sales strategies to acquire new logos for SAP S/4HANA Public and expand our value with IA driven new business opportunities within the territory of 3000 potential accounts each with revenues up to $50 million.
  • Client and Partner Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Sales Process Management:Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals specifically for SAP S/4HANA Public and AI-driven and deliver compelling presentations and sales proposals highlighting AI benefits
  • Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to reveal industry trends and client needs for ERP solutions enhanced with AI competitors activities and develop strategies to effectively position our AI-integrated offerings
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams and Partners:Work closely with marketing demand generation presales and partners to ensure client satisfaction and business growth with AI-enhanced solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:Drive to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets reaching 130% of your quota to qualify for the Winners Circle in regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
  • Continuous Learning and Development:Stay informed about the latest trends in ERP AI and particularly SAP S/4HANA in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills with a focus on AI integration

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related track record in digital sales with specific experience in ERP cloud-based and AI-enhanced hunter mentality with the ability to effectively open doors and create understanding of the digital and AI landscapes and their application across various communication negotiation and presentation to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced in CRM software and Microsoft Office in both Spanish and English
