Our innovative pharmaceutical partner is looking for an MSL to join their dynamic team and lead scientific collaborations for their flagship product across Pest and this role you will facilitate scientific exchange and collaboration with External Experts by addressing their research and scientific information needs within the designated therapeutic area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep medical expertise in the assigned therapeutic area and products.
- Serve as the primary medical contact fostering strong relationships with external experts and stakeholders.
- Provide scientific product information and lead medical initiatives such as symposia and advisory board meetings to ensure safe and effective product use.
- Offer strategic medical insights for brand planning and contribute to the successful launch of new products or indications.
- Bridge the gap between medical and commercial teams by optimizing collaboration and ensuring scientific accuracy in promotional efforts.
- Oversee and evaluate local medical programs including non-interventional studies investigator-initiated studies and compassionate use programs.
- Drive the implementation of publication strategies aligned with global and local product positioning.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations ethical guidelines and internal procedures.
- Conduct medical training to enhance product knowledge among Medical Representatives and cross-functional teams.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives supporting business objectives with medical expertise.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in medical affairs with knowledge of drug development pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs.
- Relevant university or college degree (Medical Doctor Pharmacist or Life Sciences).
- Strong business mindset with a thorough understanding of customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Ability to balance business and medical perspectives to foster effective Medico-Marketing collaboration.
- Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
- Team player with strong networking capabilities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hungarian language proficiency is mandatory.
