We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Pune India. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities managing existing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and growth
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline in the CRM system
- Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales performance market insights and forecasts to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Knowledge of the local market in Pune and surrounding areas is a plus
