Job Description
- SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure FI sub-modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) and Bank Accounting Treasury Management system Taxation.
- Should have the exposure of CO sub-modules: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing (PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
2. Cross-Module Integration
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules like MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales and Distribution) PS (Project Systems) PP (Production Planning) PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Collaborate with business users to ensure end-to-end process automation and data flow consistency.
3. Key Area Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FI (GL AP AR AA Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA PCA Internal Orders COPA) modules
- Work on production issues raised by users through ticketing tools
- Handle incident resolution problem management and requests within defined SLAs.
- Work on IDOC/XML monitoring and require first level analysis and process the IDOCs in SAP.
- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Work on configuration changes based on business requirements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure proper documentation on recurrent issues.
- Coordinate with ABAP MM SD other functional and Supply chain teams for issue resolution
- Support UAT regression issue replication in lower environment and testing.
- Interact with business users to understand issues and provide solutions
- Good understanding of real-time business finance processes
- Ability to analyze SAP tables and error messages.
- Candidate should be willing to work in French Shift
- Candidate should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
