Position: Senior Executive Warehouse Operations
Experience: *Minimum 5 Years
Qualification : / Degree (Any specialization)
Salary: * 45000 Per Month
Location: *Cochin
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Stock Accuracy & BIN Accuracy
* Coordinate Goods Receipt (GRN) and related processes
* Manage Warehouse Quality and related procedures
* Execute and monitor on-time kits delivery to production lines
* Drive productivity improvement and process implementation
* Conduct continuous training for warehouse employees
* Improve quality in kitting and binning areas
* Handle Internal & External Audits and NC closure
* Ensure compliance with WMS ESD EHS 5S & Security
* Manage quality storage in MSD area and related processes
* Prepare reports and ensure effective communication
* Conduct weekly team meetings
* Handle production complaints & reconciliation
* Manage vehicle allotment based on warehouse operational needs
* Maintain documentation RR & related records
* Coordinate non-moving RM processes
* Implement and monitor FIFO & FEFO
* Track KPIs and ensure KRA implementation
Skills & Competencies
* Strong team management skills (ability to handle large teams)
* Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
* Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset
* Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices in manufacturing setups
