Job Summary

On behalf of our client a well-known entrepreneurin the biotech/medtech/healthcare industry and a multisector investor we are in search of his new Personal Assistant to support him with all business and personal related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

If you are looking for a meaningful position in assistance where you can liaise and collaborate with industrial stakeholders as well as support the growth of different exciting businesses in different stages: do not hesitate to apply!

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Calendar management: arrange and manage personal and business meetings
  • Travel management: organize and manage all travel related tasks such as: booking tickets hotels transfers etc.
  • Professional events: organizesupport and if needed prepare materials for lectures speeches sponsored events presentations
  • E-mail management: manage and follow-up e-mail correspondences and be able to prioritIze based on urgency/business or personal needs
  • Meetings: when needed attend meetings takenotes / represent the manager in meetings
  • AvailabilIty: make sure to be available online/offline to provide the best possible support regarding ad-hoc requests
Who is the ideal candidate
  • You speak fluent English and Hungarian
  • You haveexcellent communication problem-solving skills and organizational skills
  • You are a fresh graduate with excellent working attitude or an experienced candidate from public or private sector with a professional background in any support function
  • You are based in Budapest/Pest county
  • You haveexcellent writing/correspondence skills
  • You would like to work with a dynamic leader and support his daily activities with your solution-oriented mind-set
  • You havea flexible availability
  • You are a proficient user of office software(s): e-mail calendar excel ppt etc.
  • Your professional background includes liaising/supporting exec leader(s) - not a must!
