Contracts Supervisor - Sheeting & Cladding
South London & South East England
30000 - 45000 doe 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Training and professional development

Job Info: Manage delivery of sheeting and cladding contracts from receipt of order through to completion ensuring quality health & safety programme and profitability targets are met or exceeded. Monitor daily site progress induct and manage sub-contractors and direct labour produce comprehensive weekly reports (H&S quality scaffold inspections site visits) and maintain strong client relationships. Plan project logistics identify variations conduct toolbox talks measure completed works for valuations and work towards zero snagging targets. Must have sheeting and cladding experience as a contracts supervisor within the roofing refurbishment sector.
Requirements:
- Proven contracts supervisor experience specifically in sheeting and cladding within the roofing refurbishment sector
- Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Excellent communication abilities for liaising with clients sub-contractors and internal teams with thorough understanding of H&S legislation and site management
