We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Regional Alliance growth partner to drive the growth for our offerings in AI / ML Big Data Cloud transformations etc and services while leveraging hyperscaler cloud solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers in USA.
This role requires a motivated individual with a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and industry trends who can work independently and collaborate effectively with hyperscaler sales teams. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships across key industry segments such as Manufacturing BFSI Automotive Retail and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Alliance & Sales revenue impact
- Partner influenced revenue
- Partner sourced revenue
- YoY growth
Co-sell with hyperscaler
- Expansion in key accounts
- New logos
Joint GTM
- Marketing events / Digital Campaign
- Offerings / solutions to market
- Represent Nagarro at conferences partner summits and other events
Partnership Development
- Business plan meetings and follow-ups
- Hyperscaler program understanding and planning
- Funding & incentives utilization
Internal Alignment
- Work closely with Nagarros BUs practices & sales teams to add business value through partnerships and ensure partnership strategy is aligned to business needs.
Reporting and Documentation
- Monthly or quarterly reports to all stakeholders
Qualifications :
Experience:
- Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with any of the hyperscaler cloud sales teams (e.g. AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud).
- 10 years of experience in hyperscaler sales and IT Services sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of IT service delivery models including cloud migration modernization DevOps AI / ML Big data and managed services
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $200K-$320K OTE (Base commission) standard Nagarro Benefits
