Process Engineering Team Lead

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin WI. You will report to the Smart Process Design Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading and supporting a team ofprocess engineersanddocument specialists

• Ensuringstandardizationof manufacturing processes documentation and best practices for both current and new products

• Overseeingtraining development and technical support for process engineering staff

• Monitoring and improvingoverall line performancebalance andcapacitywhile ensuring effective execution ofPFMEACTQs andquality initiatives

Our team dynamics:
You will lead a high performing team of Process Engineers as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are immersed in modern manufacturing process and strategic engineering practices

• Ability to demonstrate your experience with 7 years in Manufacturing & Leadership

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of lean manufacturing process standardization line balance & capacity PFMEA and quality initiatives

• You are passionate about driving change through innovation an collaboration

• Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Manufacturing or Process engineering

• You are at ease communicating in leading and communicating in a team environment

• You are an American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
