This is a phone-first role. Youll be calling investor lists having conversations and booking qualified leads for our closers. If you dont like being on the phone this isnt for you.

Why so flexible Were a startup in stealth mode building our investor relations team. Were looking for people who can prove they can do the work not just talk about it.

Were a credible funded remote-first startup led by a serial technical founder. The product is live in private alpha.

We cant share much about what were building yet were in stealth mode. What we can tell you: we have real traction real investors and a real opportunity for the right people.

About The Role

Prove it first then we talk.

Were not looking for resumes and interviews. Were looking for results. Heres how it works:

  1. You apply
  2. You deliver 2 qualified investor leads in 2 weeks
  3. Email us at with your name and for each lead: their name phone number and a short blurb about who they are
  4. If you deliver youre in paid per lead CRM access ongoing support
  5. If you dont no hard feelings we part ways

A qualified lead an accredited investor whos ready to talk about investing in a funded tech startup. You figure out how to find them. Thats the test.

This is a contest not a committee. The people who produce get to stay.

Compensation

Pay-per-lead. You deliver a qualified lead you get paid. No salary no hourly no employment relationship. This is contractor work (1099).

Once youre in you get CRM access scripts and support but youre always paid for results not time. Top performers may transition to more permanent arrangements.

What Success Looks Like in 2 Weeks

  • Youve sourced and called potential investors
  • Youve had real conversations
  • Youve delivered 2 qualified leads (accredited investors ready to talk about investing)
  • Youve shown you can produce without hand-holding

What Youll Do (Once Youre In)

  • Make outbound calls to investor lists
  • Qualify leads (accredited investor status interest level)
  • Book qualified leads for follow-up with our team
  • Track your activity and results in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Ask for referrals on every call expand the network

What You Wont Do (Once Youre In)

  • Pitch or sell the investment you qualify and book our closers handle the rest
  • Work without accountability we track results not hours

What Were Looking For

  • Experience making high-volume outbound calls sales fundraising appointment setting collections anything phone-based
  • Thick skin you dont take rejection personally
  • Clear communicator professional friendly gets to the point
  • Self-motivated you dont need someone watching over your shoulder
  • Comfortable with accredited investors high-net-worth individuals executives doctors lawyers successful professionals
  • Hungry you want to prove yourself and earn your spot
