Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to expandSTIGroups current business with new names and new verticals. Primarily a hunter role with initial farming of strategic accounts to allow for immediate wins. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in our growth by developing relationships and winning business. This position calls for an exceptional balance of drive and commitment along with outstanding interpersonal skills and an achievement-based mindset. Position will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Consistent attainment of monthly gross profit sales targets
  • Accurate sales forecasting
  • Attendance and participation at bi-weekly sales meetings
  • Consistent generation of customer meetings
  • Weekly prospecting for new accounts
  • Farming of select accounts
  • Attendance and participation at customer and partner seminars and conferences
  • Relationship development with strategic partner representatives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of strategic partner products and services
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of services and personnel capabilities
  • Obtain and maintain Sales Certifications for key partners

Position Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 or more years of professional experience in Information Technology/Cybersecurity software or services sales
  • Strong communication skills and public speaking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to meet objectives
  • Flexibility to work outside business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives
  • Valid drivers license and insurance with reliable transportation to travel within surrounding area

Note: This position is remote. We are seeking candidates who are local only; in close proximity to NYC.
