We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to expandSTIGroups current business with new names and new verticals. Primarily a hunter role with initial farming of strategic accounts to allow for immediate wins. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in our growth by developing relationships and winning business. This position calls for an exceptional balance of drive and commitment along with outstanding interpersonal skills and an achievement-based mindset. Position will report directly to the Managing Partner.
Responsibilities
- Consistent attainment of monthly gross profit sales targets
- Accurate sales forecasting
- Attendance and participation at bi-weekly sales meetings
- Consistent generation of customer meetings
- Weekly prospecting for new accounts
- Farming of select accounts
- Attendance and participation at customer and partner seminars and conferences
- Relationship development with strategic partner representatives
- Develop and maintain knowledge of strategic partner products and services
- Develop and maintain knowledge of services and personnel capabilities
- Obtain and maintain Sales Certifications for key partners
Position Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 or more years of professional experience in Information Technology/Cybersecurity software or services sales
- Strong communication skills and public speaking skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to meet objectives
- Flexibility to work outside business hours (if necessary) to accomplish business objectives
- Valid drivers license and insurance with reliable transportation to travel within surrounding area
Note: This position is remote. We are seeking candidates who are local only; in close proximity to NYC.
