Qualifications: - Must have experience in residential home construction permitting
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Must have excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with federal state and local procurement contracting and reporting preferred
