Job Summary
On behalf of our partner a company operating in the field of innovative medical technology we are looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist to join their expanding Commercial Team in Hungary. Our partner is committed to improving patient outcomes by bringing innovative medical technologies directly into hospitals and operating rooms. The Clinical Sales Specialists mission is to support healthcare professionals with state-of-the-art tools and training enabling them to deliver safer more effective care. With a strong focus on hands-on clinical support the specialist works closely with surgical teams to ensure the best use of medical devices in everyday practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital physicians and healthcare professionals
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Offer clinical support during surgeries assisting hospital staff in the operating room with the use of the technology
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the technical aspects of medical technologies
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to support educational events workshops and promotional campaigns
- Represent the company at professional events conferences and training workshops
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the medical devices field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent Hungarian and strong English language
- Previous experience supporting surgical procedures is a plus
