Job Summary
Location: Hungary - Budapest Job-ID: 217707 Contract type: Standard Business Unit: Others
Your future tasks will be
On a daily basis:
Contract-compliant mapping of customer requirements (70-80 %)
- Document review and review of special agreements (offer order calculation)
- Coordination of contractual services with interfaces (SAM manufacturer)
- Plausibility check (service provision costs processes equipment lists)
- Requesting all missing information relevant to the contract
- Contract-compliant mapping of maintenance services according to specifications (order equipment list)
- Define contract structure and create in SAP system (contract/item creation incl. assignment of summarisation characteristics / maintenance of specific contract characteristics)
- During implementation clarification of missing assignments/data directly with the customer testing of the technical configuration - assignment of equipment to logical configurations team-oriented objectives
- Review/creation of the settlement notes
- Commissioning of the interfaces (stockpiling reinsurance charging if necessary)
- Status information to relevant interfaces
- Contract administration
- Installation of the equipment in the corresponding contract positions
- SLA change
- Synchronisation with manufacturers (reinsurance if necessary) - Support THD with call clarification
- Forwarding of information relevant to invoicing
- Quantity structure
- Contract data
- Documents (offer/order)
Communication and relationship network (15-25%)
- Active communication with the adjacent interfaces (SAM Billing CM Team Cost Desk Inventory THD Internal Sales etc.).
- Establishing and maintaining relationship networks with the above-mentioned relevant interfaces to ensure a smooth process flow
Complementary tasks (5 %)
- Supporting projects and/or taking on special tasks in the team
You are ideal candidate if:
- You have one to two years of professional experience in the IT environment.
- You are fluent in English German is an advantage.
- You have good working knowledge of relevant functional systems. (SAP MS Office Excel)
- You have confident oral and written communication skills.
- You are process-oriented and possess strong analytical thinking abilities.
- You have high cost awareness.
- You are able to work independently in an organised and prioritised manner while contributing effectively within a team.
- You are self-motivated and take initiative in the implementation of individual tasks and projects.
- You are highly reliable.
- You think and act in a customer- and solution-oriented way.
- You maintain your performance under pressure even in stressful situations.
- You are a team player who values collaboration and collective success.
- You have completed commercial training.
- You have experience in handling contracts and calculations.
