About the job
The role focuses on strengthening collaboration with business partners throughout the Order-to-Cash (OtC) cycle while actively managing receivables to reduce financial risk and optimize working capital. Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and timeliness in daily operations supporting audits participating in projects and system testing and engaging in meetings and conference calls. Compliance with internal and external regulations is consistently maintained.

What you will be doing
- Control and manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio
- Collect receivables at due time follow-up and act on customers payment performance
- Manage collection calls perform general correspondence: statement and dunning letters
- Manage account reconciliation to ensure clean customer accounts
- Handle escalations critical queries and prioritize deliverables
- Collaborate with Risk Assessment Team to assist with renewing credit lines of the assigned portfolio
What will make you successful
Qualification and Experience
- 2-3 years work experience in finance/sales/education or similar position
- Minimum secondary level and/or tertiary level education in Finance / Economics or language studies
- Fluent English language knowledge is required any other European language is a plus
- Experience using MS Excel and Word
- Experience with SAP / S4 HANA software

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent in oral and written communication good in active listening
- Strong in coordination time management critical thinking analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to problem solving decision making with prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
