Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced PMIS Data Quality Administrator to support a newly awarded Victorian government facilities management contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity audit readiness and reporting confidence across a large complex property portfolio.
Reporting to the contract support and reporting leadership you will work closely with Facilities Management teams subcontractors and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate consistent and reliable data across multiple systems. Your work will directly support compliance performance measurement and informed decision-making.

This role is based in the Melbourne CBD close to public transport with a hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days WFH). Core business hours apply with flexibility around start and finish times. Occasional site visits within the CBD and ad hoc additional hours may be required based on operational needs.
