Role description:

The results of Due Diligence screening will directly support the business in delivery on Arcadis strategy by making informed and sustainable choices in partnering with third parties in accordance with our risk appetite and in compliance with external laws and regulations.
Arcadis values ambitions and strategic objectives in the areas of sanctions sustainability (environment) modern slavery human rights anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) anti-money laundering (AML) ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) politically exposed persons (PEPs) financial health payment/credit risk adverse media information/cybersecurity health and safety (H&S) and privacy along with current new and changing regulations demand a holistic approach to client supplier and other business partner due diligence screening. To realize these ambitions Arcadis has decided to implement a central team of experts to perform a globally harmonized third party due diligence processes on behalf of several functions.
The role will be responsible for conducting routine due diligence screening as part of the centralized Due Diligence team and will ensure the Due Diligence Procedure and Work Instructions are met. This requires stakeholder engagement with global functional subject matter experts (SMEs) when potential risks are elevated for review and development of risk mitigation strategies.
