Our AI & Algorithms group builds the intelligence behind our products from predictive analytics and optimization to advanced models and Generative AI.

We are seeking an Algorithm Developer with hands-on experience in machine learning simulations and this role you will tackle complex challenges and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize algorithms for energy management anomaly detection and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific models into efficient algorithms and deliver high-quality production-ready code.
• Conduct performance analysis and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Leverage modern data science techniques to analyze large datasets uncover actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Document algorithm development workflows and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in computer science electrical engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in algorithm development (candidates with strong data science or research backgrounds will also be considered).
• High proficiency in Python and demonstrated ability to take ideas end-to-end: from mathematical concept prototype production-grade solution.
• Hands-on experience with data science frameworks such as scikit-learn XGBoost PyTorch or similar.
• Strong background in statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Taking ownership of solutions working independently and collaborating to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Advantages:

• Experience with time series modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following domains: NLP CV RL RecSys Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and workflows including techniques such as fine-tuning prompt engineering model evaluation and orchestration tools like LangGraph.
