Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using programming languages such asJavaScript/TypeScriptPython or tools such asTerraformAnsible SaltStackChef or Puppet.
Leverage SOLID principles to develop and enhance reusable frameworks libraries modules scripts templates CI/CD pipelines.
Automate provisioning configuration scaling and monitoring of cloud infrastructure usingVMwareAria Suite or vCloud Director.
Integrate via APIs betweenVMwareproducts and various third-party systems and services.
Work directly with customers during presales or delivery phase to understand customer needs and define proposals for efficient implementations.
Lead and mentor development team including WBS definition mentoring and reviewing peers contribution to ensure customer requirements quality and best practices are met.
Stay current with industry trends and lead internal initiatives in regards to optimizaitons and enhancements of current solutions frameworks and processes.

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience incloudintegration customizationandautomationprojects
Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (VMwareAWSAzure or GCP).
Strong hands-on experience withInfrastructure as Code(IaC).
Proficiency in scripting programming languages (e.g.JavaScriptPythonBash PowerShell) orOOPprogramming languages (C# Java NodeJS).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions ArgoCD).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g.DockerKubernetes).
Understanding ofnetworkingincluding network fundamentals (like IP addressing subnetting and routing) network devices (such as routers switches and firewalls) network protocols (like TCP/IP UDP and DNS) and network security principles.
Experience working and leading a development team inAgile/Scrum developmentenvironments.
Excellentproblem-solvingcommunication andcollaborationskills in multi-national setting.

Preferred Qualifications (highly valued)

3 in technical leading role
Experience and/or certifications inVMwareCloud Foundation (VCF) platform andVMwareproduct portfolio.
Experience working with customers across the EMEA region.
Experience in solution design definitions or adjustments.
