The Opportunity

We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Developers to spearhead a critical architectural transition. We are currently evolving our platform from a Laravel-heavy architecture to a modern full-stack environment. This is not just a feature building role; it is a strategic migration project that requires a deep understanding of both PHP and JavaScript ecosystems.

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our current Laravel solution while incrementally building out the future of the platform in .

Role & Scope

As a Senior Developer on this project your mission includes:

Audit & Analysis: Reviewing the current Laravel solution to map out architecture modules and complex third-party integrations.
Migration Strategy: Assisting in the design of an incremental migration pathdeciding which endpoints to move first and how to bridge the two stacks to ensure zero downtime.
Full-Stack Development: Building high-performance UI/UX components in React/ and developing robust backend logic via API routes and server-side functions.
Logic Transition: Migrating backend business logic from Laravel to while managing PostgreSQL data models and complex data imports.
Frontend Refinement: Tidying and polishing the frontend to ensure a seamless modern user experience during the transition.
Infrastructure & Quality: Writing testable maintainable code; assisting with CI/CD pipelines; and documenting architectural decisions for the wider team.
Collaboration: Working closely with designers and QA in an agile environment participating in rigorous code reviews and mentoring mid-level talent.

Required Skills & Experience

5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in professional full-stack web development.
Expertise in React & : Deep knowledge of Server Components SSR/SSG and state management.
Strong Laravel Proficiency: You must be comfortable navigating Laravels backend (Eloquent Service Providers Middlewares) to extract logic for migration.
Database Mastery: Advanced skills in PostgreSQL including schema design optimization and handling complex data migrations/imports.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Availability: Ready to start ASAP (April) and able to work consistently within UK business hours.
