Job Summary
Senior Lead Software Engineer (PH-Based)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Shift: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM PHT
Experience: 810 Years (3 Years in Production Leadership)
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Lead Developer who is a critical systems thinker and a natural leader. You will take the reins of our technical execution working directly with our US-based Product Manager and our PH-based Project Manager. You arent just writing code; you are reviewing PRs helping plan sprints managing environments and ensuring the technical growth of your team.
Technical Requirements
You must have deep production-level experience with the following:
: 3 years of building and scaling applications.
Supabase: 3 years of experience (Auth Database Edge Functions).
Zustand
Drizzle
Vercel: 3 years of production deployments
Leadership & Operations
Team Lead: 3 years of experience managing production environments and leading developers.
Sprint Management: Comfortable planning sprints and breaking down complex product requirements into executable tasks.
Code Quality: You will lead the PR Review process ensuring code is performant scalable and follows best practices.
QA Mindset: Understanding of QAs importance in a production environment.
Communication: Bilingual fluency in English and Filipino. You must be able to communicate vertically to leadership and horizontally to your team.
