Were looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic GTM leadership with the versatility of a senior marketing generalist - and who is deeply growth-oriented.
This role owns initiatives that directly drive brand perception product adoption and pipeline growth. Youll define how Doodle shows up in the market lead product launches run brand and GTM campaigns and translate strategy into execution that delivers measurable results. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity takes full ownership with minimal guidance and consistently connects marketing work to business impact.
68 years of experience across product marketing GTM brand or broader B2B marketing roles.
A demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver growth-driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
Strong experience in positioning messaging and copywriting with a track record of shaping brand perception and demand.
Hands-on experience leading product launches brand campaigns and pipeline-impacting GTM programs.
Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Comfort operating across the full marketing mix balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
A growth mindset using data experimentation and customer insight to drive adoption and pipeline outcomes.
Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and leadership.
Excellent written communication skills.
Fluency in German is a distinct advantage.
Own GTM strategy and prioritization making clear tradeoffs to drive brand perception product adoption and pipeline growth.
Define ICPs segmentation and targeting partnering with Sales and Product to focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
Translate customer market and competitive insights into differentiated positioning messaging and GTM decisions.
Influence product strategy and launches shaping narratives and representing the customer in roadmap and go-to-market planning.
Lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end with minimal guidance from strategic framing to execution and results.
Plan and execute brand and GTM campaigns that strengthen market presence accelerate adoption and generate demand.
Develop clear compelling messaging and copy across campaigns product surfaces sales assets and executive communications.
Help build and scale the GTM function establishing repeatable processes strengthening cross-functional collaboration and raising the bar for execution.
