Responsibilities

Join our Scrum Master Team within the Project Management Office and support agile development standards and processes across Research & Development. Youll work closely with our Scrum Masters and agile software development teams and contribute to change management initiatives and best practice implementation to ensure organizational alignment.

• Support the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies within software development teams.

• Assist in the conception execution and documentation of change management projects and process improvements.

• Gain hands-on experience with the Scrum framework and agile development methodologies.

• Analyze data and key metrics to create documentation and dashboards that support project transparency.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies and help facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Support onboarding of new team members into the Scrum process ensuring smooth integration into team workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled student at a university or college in the field of Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field

• Fluency in English is mandatory further languages such as German are a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different areas of the company.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge in agile software development project management Jira and confluence is a plus.

• Good MS Office knowledge Jira and Confluence is a plus

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
