Job Title: Sr Partner Success Specialist
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities: - Build long-term collaborative partner relationships
- Understand partner business models goals and growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned partners
- Support partners in delivering successful customer outcome
- Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted enablement plans
- Support certifications specializations and solution readiness
- Reinforce best practices across sales delivery and success
- Drive partner adoption of products solutions and programs
- Help partners realize value through effective enablement and execution
- Guide partners through ServiceNow certifications specializations and AI skill readiness
- Identify capability gaps across sales pre-sales delivery and customer success
- Contribute to joint business plans QBRs and pipeline reviews
- Track partner KPIs (pipeline revenue certifications CSAT adoption)
Skills - 7 years experience working in a partner organization partner manager partner marketing sales role in a program enablement/advocacy partner development and enablement role
- This role needs to be working with and supporting teams and partners in India and prefer someone in Bangalore India for close working relationships with the teams in that office
- Excellent presentation communication and marketing skills active listening time management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with and building partnerships is a must and an understanding of Build Consulting and implementation Reseller and Service Provider partner types and motions
- Experience in working with partner ecosystems including internal partner management sales technical and marketing teams
- High energy level and a can do attitude
- Strong and collaborative people skills with a win-as-a-team attitude
- Effective time management capable of delivering/executing the tactics on multiple projects on time
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
- Diplomacy integrity and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within large organization
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops enablement sessions
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing AI and platform environments
- Continuous learner with curiosity for AI and ecosystem evolution
