Job Purpose
- A dual-impact role focusing on ensuring 100% regulatory compliance (AMFI/IRDA) while
- simultaneously training RMs on how to effectively pitch Mutual Funds and Insurance products to High-
- Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Key Responsibilities
- Certification Ownership: Lead the end-to-end process for NISM (Series V-A) and IRDA certifications for all frontline staff.
- Technical Training: Conduct deep-dive sessions on market trends tax implications of investments and complex insurance structures (ULIPs Term Annuity).
- The Art of the Pitch: Translate technical product features into benefit-driven sales pitches for wealth clients.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all sales training materials adhere strictly to SEBI and IRDAI
- guidelines to prevent mis-selling.
- Content Creation: Develop Ready Reckoners product battle cards and objection-handling scripts for the sales team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Certification Pass Rate: Achieve a 95% first-attempt pass rate for NISM and IRDA exams for all batches.
- Product Penetration: Increase the Product Holding Ratio (number of products per client) through effective cross-sell training.
- Pitch Accuracy: Reduction in compliance-related red flags or customer complaints regarding product misinterpretation.
- Training Delivery Score: Maintain an average trainer feedback score of 4.5/5.0 across all technical workshops.
Qualifications:
- 7 yrs training; 3 yrs AMFI/IRDA exam prep mandatory
- AMFI NISM V-A IRDA IC-38 certified (Good to have)
- Wealth management sales exp (HNI pitching); bilingual (Eng/Hindi)
- Gurugram location; high-energy facilitator
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian Wealth Management landscape including AIFs PMS and Equity markets.
