Job Summary
Within our Services Organization we are looking for an Installed Base Coordinator to join our team. This role involves interaction across multiple markets and countries focusing on driving and supporting equipment master data updates for day-to-day business operations. You will ensure master data KPIs are met including analysis and statistics related to equipment data management.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate master data for equipment installed at customer plants ensuring high data quality. This position requires close collaboration with Account Teams Service Directors Global Process Drivers/Coaches Project Coordinators and other functions. Acting as a mentor trainer and coach you will help ensure our records reflect the reality of what is installed at customer sites.
Flexibility and adaptability are key for success in this unique role.
Location: Any Tetra Pak office in the EMEA region (European time zone).
What you will do
- Ensure compliance with business rules for equipment master data and related processes.
- Execute business workflow processes for data creation modification and deletion; recommend improvements for master data quality.
- Resolve master data issues with accuracy in SAP ERP (R/3 ECC).
- Identify and close master data competence gaps among stakeholders.
- Coordinate training needs related to equipment master data.
- Address cross-process issues impacting master data.
- Monitor and report master data quality metrics to drive process performance.
- Collaborate with central master data teams on data cleansing conversion and local requirements.
- Support line organizations and cross-functional teams on master data impacts.
- Validate and advise on master data implications for business transformation initiatives.
We believe you have
Education and Languages
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Operations Management Engineering or MIS.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Professional Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in master data maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 ECC and BO Reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and handling large datasets.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coach and share knowledge effectively.
- Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with testing and validating process/system changes.
- Experience with ticket handling systems.
Personal Qualifications
- Self-driven proactive and eager to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
