Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining networking communities across a broad and diverse audience of people interested and active on health trends. You will design and implement community engagement strategies that align with Novo Nordisks business goals fostering trust support and empowerment. You will also leverage insights to continuously improve engagement initiatives and drive brand presence through educational and supportive programs tailored to diverse community segments.

Under this role you will be part of the team focused on building strong lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized culturally relevant support across channels. The team combines local market knowledge with global best practices to ensure timely responses effective problem resolution and proactive outreach that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. They collaborate closely with sales marketing and product teams to gather customer insights inform improvements and drive initiatives that increase retention and advocacy in the Portuguese market.
