About the Role
As Warehouse Manager you will develop and maintain operational procedures for receiving warehousing material picking staging and delivery to production ensuring material availability safety quality and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). A critical goal is to manage inventory with a focus on high accuracy supporting production and customer addition you will lead all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics to support rig and spare parts sales.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory management including receiving warehousing picking shipping and maintaining strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
Recruit develop and promote team members within warehouse and logistics operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply operations for internal and external customers.
Maintain strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
Coordinate rig shipping to meet customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Provide a safe working environment; identify and correct unsafe conditions or habits including proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
Maintain site conditions using lean principles.
Manage departmental budget effectively.
Job Candidate Requirements:
Ability to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
10 years in a manufacturing environment with warehousing inventory control and logistics experience.
5 years in a leadership role managing and developing teams.
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.

Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Innovative mindset with strong safety and quality focus.
Logical methodical problem-solving approach for continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism integrity and customer service orientation.
