The Spa Mart supports spas resorts and wellness businesses across the U.S. Were a hands-on team. We work together. Titles dont stop work from getting done.
The Role
Youll start as an Operations Coordinator. Youll learn how the business runs from the ground up. That includes systems vendors customers and warehouse operations.
As you grow you can move into:
- Account Manager
- Executive Assistant (Operations-Focused)
- Or a hybrid role
What Youll Do
- Track orders shipments and open issues
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams
- Support customer and account issues
- Help in the warehouse as needed
- Complete other tasks as assigned
- Keep systems and documentation organized
What Were Looking For

- Willing to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable with changing priorities
- Takes ownership
Operations customer support admin or warehouse experience is a plus.
