Were looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our global HR team and play a key role in shaping our culture strengthening capabilities and building a high-impact learning environment across all regions - EMEA APAC and the AMERICAS.

In this role you will make a real difference empowering people to grow lead and perform at their best while driving our business forward.

What You Will Do

As a Learning & Development Specialist you will design and deliver impactful learning initiatives through our global Academy from onboarding and functional training leadership programs to business acumen and talent development.

You will collaborate across functions and regions to ensure learning supports our strategic goals and fosters a culture of continuous growth following modern learning principles (e.g.).

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Develop coordinate and deliver programs within the global Academy.
  • Translate business strategy and competence need into effective learning solutions.
  • Partner with managers and HR to identify learning needs and deliver scalable programs.
  • Support global initiatives such as the Leadership Program Talent Program and Change Management Program.
  • Create engaging digital learning materials (e.g. in Articulate) and measure learning impact.
  • Promote a strong learning culture through communication and storytelling.
  • Contribute to global employer branding by highlighting learning opportunities success stories and development journeys in collaboration with HR and Communications.

Learning Systems & Data Management

  • Act as Learning Management System (LMS) superuser and subject matter expert.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance.
  • Support regional HR teams with system training and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and insights that visualize learning engagement performance and trends.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development or a related field
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development ideally in a global or matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and modern learning principles.
  • Skilled in managing programs vendors and digital learning platforms.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Swedish.
  • Experience with Workday Learning or similar HR systems is a merit.
  • Experience or interest in the manufacturing/industrial sector is an advantage.
