Your role

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will be part of an experienced team responsible for all remuneration related tasks for the Group including the Global Mobility function. This role focuses on operational excellence. You will apply your analytical skills to connect data with broader business goals and processes while collaborating closely with colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders on all levels.

Main tasks include:

  • Maintain and develop the global job architecture framework including job evaluations ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices through consistent market benchmarking

  • Co-lead the yearly cycle process of the Annual salary review and include handling HR systems for process support

  • Deliver data and support for Gender equal pay analysis pay transparency etc.

  • Prepare material for Remuneration Committee and Board meetings as well as for the Annual Report Remuneration Report and Annual General Meeting

  • Drive development initiatives in areas such as benefits incentive programs pension schemes flexible working and vendor management

  • Administration and development of our Long-Term Incentive programs and other compensation related plans

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal governance standards.

  • Continuously enhance compensation processes tools and systems and stay updated with evolving compensation trends regulations and best travel on a regular basis will occur.

Your profile

As a person we believe that you are solution-driven using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question. You have good analytical skills and demonstrate confidence credibility and good judgment. A consultancy background is highly preferred. Further you can adapt to shifting priorities demands and deadlines and can deliver high quality and accuracy even under time pressure. The role requires precision and attention to detail paired with the ability to understand the broader context and connect data to organizational processes and goals. You are used to handling delicate topics with discretion and high integrity.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelors degree preferably within Law or HR Business Engineering or similar

  • A minimum of 4 years of Compensation and Benefits related experience and/or 4 years of Global Mobility or HR analytics experience

  • Experience of working with problem solving and complex processes and comfortable in working with numbers and conceptualization a consultancy background is meriting.

  • Experience with job architecture and job evaluation frameworks (e.g. Mercer AON WTW) is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both verbal and written

  • Strong proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint is required

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and data management tools

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our office in Linköping or Stockholm.
