We are currently looking to recruit a new Student Worker to join our Swedish office in Stockholm and the Nordic Commercial Development Team that is part of Nordic Sales.

Core Responsibilities

As a Student Worker within LEGO Sweden and the Nordic Commercial Development Team you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks with focus on:

  • Office & Team Support Assist the local Swedish office with ad-hoc tasks such as invoicing maintenance and organizing team activities events and customer fairs. Provide general support to the Nordic Sales team on projects and tasks across mainly Sweden but potentially also Norway Denmark and Finland.
  • Marketing & Communication Create customer newsletters and campaign briefings and support the Marketing team with Swedish language translations.
  • Data & Process Management Generate reports and insights to support decision-making maintain customer master data and listings and continuously improve processes and tools.

Do you have what it takes

We expect you to meet the following criteria:

  • You are studying a bachelors program (ideally 2-3 years left) or you have spring term left and plan to start off your masters program in autumn.
  • Proficient Swedish and English both in writing as well as orally.
  • You are independent and initiative-taking and possess a keen eye for details.
  • You are a collaborator and share the conviction that you are strongest as a team.
  • You are curious and eager to learn & develop.
  • You have excellent communication skills together with a strong service mindset and can-do mentality.
  • You are well acquainted with Microsoft Office (hereby Excel PowerPoint & Word) / Experience with Microsoft Power BI will be regarded as a plus.
  • We expect you to be able to work 20 hours a week primarily from our office in Stockholm with the opportunity to be flexible on working hours.
