Yellowstone Club is looking for Holiday Classic Hockey Tournament Officials!
The Hockey Tournament Coordinator is a temporary role responsible for organizing and managing the annual Yellowstone Club Hockey tournament. Candidates must know rules/regulations and be able to assist membership with questions.
Expectations:
-Candidates must know rules/regulations and be able to assist membership with questions.
-Monitor the condition of the ice and facility addressing maintenance issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and guidelines including those set by USA Hockey and U.S. Figure Skating.
- Be trained in first aid CPR and emergency response - Implement emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in ice rink operations hockey coaching/coordination or sports program management.
- Strong knowledge of ice sports particularly hockey and figure skating.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zamboni or ice resurfacing operations is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
- Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of standing walking and moving on ice surfaces.
