Job Summary

Yellowstone Club is looking for Holiday Classic Hockey Tournament Officials!

The Hockey Tournament Coordinator is a temporary role responsible for organizing and managing the annual Yellowstone Club Hockey tournament. Candidates must know rules/regulations and be able to assist membership with questions.

Expectations:

-Candidates must know rules/regulations and be able to assist membership with questions.

-Monitor the condition of the ice and facility addressing maintenance issues promptly.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and guidelines including those set by USA Hockey and U.S. Figure Skating.
Be trained in first aid CPR and emergency response - Implement emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in ice rink operations hockey coaching/coordination or sports program management.
Strong knowledge of ice sports particularly hockey and figure skating.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zamboni or ice resurfacing operations is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged periods of standing walking and moving on ice surfaces.
