Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical Stepdown Unit. This role requires strong clinical judgment effective communication skills and the ability to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced monitored environment. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards ethical guidelines and state scope of practice.

Care is delivered using a collaborative patient- and family-centered model that is culturally sensitive and age appropriate.
