Job Summary

Alstom as leader in railwayindustryin hisData and AIdivisiondevelopssolutions that bring values to the dataof therailwaysystemsand provides digital services that enhance the operationand bring new values to the railwayoperations and its customers also applying for this AI models.

You as System Engineer will take part in the design and development of Dataand AIsolutions mainly forData Algorithms Productization(in both development and delivery phases); working with platforms andother systems(likeAlstom Data Fabric DMS Health Hub ICC) to improve either their internal project deployment operations and also toenhancethe functionality provided tofinal customers.

It includes the Design specification of Cloud-basedandon-premisesframework for training modelscollaborationspecification reviews system designproposalsand designofdata integration.

ROLES:

-Work in System Engineering team under Solution Architect leadership.

-Design at System level technical solutionsforapplications that need models to integrate.

-Define the interfaces between theinvolvedsubsystems.

-Requirementsspecification of the system/subsystems.

-Control andallocateprojectsrequirements to varioussubsystemsand manage overall system performance.

-Participateinthetechnical solutiondesignand the integrationof subsystemsproductsand other technical partners.

-Ensure the consistency of the System design work in terms of reuse compatibility withpreviousversionsand adequacyto market.

-Review of requirements fulfillment interactionand workcloselywithValidationteam.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Will be responsible of the assigned task in:

Write Program Requirements Specification based on applications/projectsinputs and internalobjectivesof the program.

ProjectsrequirementAnalysis and technicalanalysiselaboration.

Technical interface to PlatformsSubsystemsand products.

Technical interface tothe internalData Analytics team.

System Designof data analytics solution adapted to Platform/project needs.

Technical Management (ConfigurationChange Control and Requirement)

Beresponsible forthe identification and management of the interfaces betweenteams andsub-systems.

Participateinthe overall performance of the system and the allocation ofthe performancerequirements on eachcomponentto meet the system requirements andensure thatthese requirements are met.

Control the collection of technicaldata andkeep it up to date.

ToparticipateintheProjectsReviews (Give status on System activities).

Maintain the architecture blueprintsforindustrialization:system components integration patterns dataflowsand deployment.

Contribute to governanceintegration patternsandtechnical standards.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Educational Requirements.

-Engineering degree.(Telecom SWComputer ScienceIndustrial)

-English language Skill

- French Language skills will be appreciated.

- Spanish Language skills will be appreciated.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

- 5-7 years experience as a System Engineer.

-General knowledge of Dataand AIand its capabilities.

-Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).

- Knowledgeonservice interface and APIs.

- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure.

- Familiar withMLOpsprinciples and lifecycle management of AI models.

- General knowledge of industrial project management processes: V-Cycle.

-Desirable:Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban CMMI).

-Desirable:technicalknowledge ofrailway environment and Signaling (Mainlines & Urban)solutions for:

-Systems operationand performance.

-Signalingsubsystems(ATC/ATP/ATOERTMSInterlocking)

-Telecom Data Transmission andProcessing.

-Security solution (CCTV PA PIS).

-Desirable:On-Siteproject experience (Deployment T&C Installation) will be a plus.
